摘 要:绿色创新是降低碳排放的内在途径,合作网络与竞争网络构成了企业绿色创新的外部环境。通过对中国计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业2014—2020年上市企业面板数据的分析,探讨了合作网络和竞争网络对企业绿色创新的影响机制,以及知识基础的调节作用和吸收能力的中介作用。研究发现:合作网络中心性、竞争网络中心性对绿色创新有显著正向影响;知识宽度降低了合作网络中心性与竞争网络中心性对绿色创新的影响,知识深度能够提升竞争网络中心性对绿色创新的影响;在合作网络中心性和竞争网络中心性对绿色创新的影响中,吸收能力分别产生了遮掩效应和中介效应。揭示了资源整合与竞争倒逼对企业绿色创新的影响机制,为企业参与绿色创新和政府制定绿色创新政策提供了理论指导。Green innovation is a series of complex knowledge creation activities and results,involving knowledge and technology in product research and development,green technology,management standards,energy conservation and emission reduction.Enterprises carry out green innovation in a complex and multiple network environment,and cooperation networks and competition networks constitute the external environment of enterprises’green innovation.It reveals the impact mechanism of resource integration and competition pressure on the green innovation of enterprises,offers targeted guidance for enterprises to participate in green innovation in the real complex environment,and also provides decision support for the government to formulate relevant policies.Through the panel data analysis of Chinese listed enterprises from 2014 to2020,this paper constructs the enterprise cooperation network with patent cooperation relations and the enterprise competition network with the same patent classification.It discusses the influence mechanism of cooperation network and competition network on enterprise green innovation,as well as the mediation role of knowledge base and absorption capacity.The cooperative network location and the competitive network location have a significant positive impact on green innovation.Compared with the cooperative network location,the impact of the competitive network location is higher,that is,compared with the resource integration effect brought by the cooperative network,the information resources brought by the competitive network can force enterprises to green innovation.Knowledge width diminishes the impact of cooperation and competition network location on green innovation,and knowledge depth can enhance the impact of competition network location on green innovation.Through further grouping analysis of the samples,it is found that when the proportion of green patents is low,knowledge depth has a negative regulatory role in the impact of cooperative network location on green innovation,and the regulatory
