摘　　要：研究生教育改革开展以来,提升研究生教育内涵构建质量保障体系,已成为新时代高等教育的研究重点。作为地方中医药院校,经过多年的改革与实践,以研究生和导师两个关键责任主体为核心,从质量保障运行机制、激励机制、约束机制等三个方面着手实行学科-学位点-研究生培养联动一体化建设,构建了过程管理和结果评价并重的多层次多维度质量保障体系,形成了独具特色的研究生教育管理模式,取得了明显的建设成效。Since the reform of postgraduate education,improving the connotation of postgraduate education and building a quality assurance system has become the research focus of higher education in the new era.As a local Chinese medicine college,after years of reform and practice,with the two key responsibilities of graduate students and tutors as the core,it has implemented discipline-degree-postgraduate training from three aspects:quality assurance operation mechanism,incentive mechanism,and restraint mechanism.The integrated construction of linkage has built a multi-level and multi-dimensional quality assurance system that pays equal attention to process management and result evaluation,formed a unique postgraduate education management model,and achieved obvious construction results.
