摘　　要：目的探讨亮氨酸重复序列和免疫球蛋白样结构域1(LRIG1)、存活蛋白(survivin)在胶质瘤中的表达及对患者远期预后的影响。方法选取77例胶质瘤患者,取其胶质瘤组织及相应的癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测LRIG1、survivin的表达情况。随访3年,记录胶质瘤患者的预后情况,胶质瘤患者预后的影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果胶质瘤组织中LRIG1阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,survivin阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。随访3年,77例胶质瘤患者中死亡25例,生存52例。预后死亡胶质瘤患者胶质瘤组织中LRIG1阳性表达率低于生存患者,survivin阳性表达率高于生存患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,肿瘤直径≥5 cm、高级别胶质瘤、LRIG1阴性表达、survivin阳性表达均是胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论胶质瘤组织中LRIG1呈阴性表达,survivin呈阳性表达,且二者均是胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素,临床可通过检测这两种指标为胶质瘤患者的远期预后评估提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression of leucine rich repeats and immunoglobulin like domains 1(LRIG1)and survivin in glioma and their effect on long-term prognosis of patients.Method A total of 77 patients with glioma were selected,and their glioma tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were collected,and the expressions of LRIG1 and survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry.The patients were followed up for 3 years,and the prognosis of patients with glioma was recorded.The influencing factors of the prognosis of patients with glioma were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Result The positive expression rate of LRIG1 in glioma tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissue,the positive expression rate of survivin was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissue,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).During the 3-year follow-up,25 of the 77 glioma patients died and 52 survived.The positive expression rate of LRIG1 in glioma tissue of dead glioma patients was lower than that of surviving patients,the positive expression rate of survivin was higher than that of surviving patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor diameter≥5 cm,high-grade glioma,negative expression of LRIG1,and positive expression of survivin were independent risk factors for the prognosis of glioma patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The negative expression of LRIG1 and the positive expression of survivin in glioma tissue are independent risk factors for the prognosis of glioma patients.The clinical detection of these two indicators can provide a reference for the long-term prognosis evaluation of glioma patients.
