摘 要:竞技体育运动员为了取得更好的比赛成绩,往往要进行更高强度的训练,但这也会加大运动损伤的风险。柔道作为一项技能主导类运动,需要运动员具备很强的核心力量,而腰部是运动员核心力量运用的基础所在。因此,腰部一旦发生损伤,就会对运动员的训练和比赛造成较大影响。该文借助对广州市体校的30名青少年柔道运动员腰部出现运动损伤的现状和原因进行调查和研究,提出有助于广州市体校青少年柔道运动员加强腰部损伤预防的建议,从而避免发生腰部运动损伤,以提高他们的训练水平和竞技能力。In order to achieve better performance,competitive sports athletes often need to carry out higher intensity training,but this will also increase their risk of sports injury.As a skill-leading sport,judo requires athletes to have strong core strength,and the waist is the basis for the application of athletes’core strength.Therefore,once the waist is injured,it will have a great impact on the training and competition of athletes.By investigating and studying the present situation and causes of the waist injury of 30 young judo athletes in Guangzhou Sport School,this paper hopes to put forward some suggestions that will help the young judo athletes in Guangzhou Sports School to strengthen the prevention of waist injury,so as to avoid the waist injury and improve their training level and competitive ability.
