普通高校高水平男子篮球队员罚球命中率因素分析——以太原理工大学为例

摘　　要：该文运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,分析篮球比赛中影响罚球命中率的因素。通过对太原理工大学在第20届和21届CUBA西北赛区比赛中的罚球数据进行统计,制订罚球命中率影响因素的问卷,对球员进行调查。结果显示,第21届西北赛区整队的罚球命中率明显低于第20届,后卫和前锋位置球员的罚球命中率也明显低于第20届,中锋位置球员两届的罚球命中率相差不大。影响罚球命中率的因素:比赛期间体能下降是影响罚球命中率的主要外部因素,其次是平时训练的罚球次数有限和比赛时比分的差距;比赛期间心理压力过大是影响罚球命中率的主要内部因素,其次是害怕罚不中,情绪焦虑和罚球时心理紧张。In this paper,by means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the factors affecting the free throw rate in basketball games are analyzed.Based on the statistics of the free throw data in the 20th and 21st CUBA Northwest Division matches of Taiyuan University of Technology,a questionnaire on the factors affecting the free throw hit rate was developed and the players were investigated.The results showed that the free throw hit rate of the whole team in the 21st Northwest Division was significantly lower than that in the 20th.The free throw hit rate of the players at the guard and forward positions was also significantly lower than that in the 20th.The free throw hit rate of the players at the center position was not different between the two sessions.The factors affecting the free throw hit rate:The physical decline during the game is the main external factor affecting the free throw hit rate,followed by the limited number of free throws in normal training and the difference in the score during the game;Excessive psychological pressure during the game is the main internal factor affecting the free throw hit rate,followed by fear of missing the penalty,emotional anxiety and psychological tension during the free throw.
