眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊行睑袋整形术的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊行睑袋整形术的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月至2020年9月于本院行睑袋整形术的318例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各159例。对照组行眼轮匝肌悬吊术,观察组行眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊术,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后睑袋程度和皮肤皱纹评分、整形满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.11%)高于对照组(90.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组睑袋程度、皮肤皱纹评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组整形总满意度(98.74%)高于对照组(92.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(1.26%)低于对照组(6.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊行睑袋整形术疗效显著,可有效减轻患者下睑眼周皮肤松弛程度,提高患者对整形的满意度,减少并发症的发生,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orbital myofascial lifting combined with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension for blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 318 patients who underwent blepharoplasty in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 159 cases in each group.The control group received orbicularis oculi muscle suspension surgery,while the observation group received orbital myofascial lifting combined with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension surgery,the clinical efficacy,the degree of eyelid pouch and skin wrinkle scores before and after treatment,the satisfaction degree of plastic surgery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(98.11%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of eyelid pouch and skin wrinkle scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of plastic surgery in the observation group(98.74%)was higher than that in the control group(92.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(1.26%)was lower than that in the control group(6.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orbital myofascial lifting combined with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension for blepharoplasty has significant effect,can effectively reduce the degree of skin relaxation around the lower eyelid,improve patients'satisfaction with plastic surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
