摘　　要：本文通过介绍船舶由于危险货物集装箱管理不到位被处罚的案例,对新修订的《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》中第六十一条有关船舶载运货物的管理贵任进行说明,总结了《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》和国际公约涉及船载危险货物管理的有关规定,对目前船载危险货物集装箱货物管理不到位的原因及相关风险进行分析,并提出相关管理建议。The paper introduces two cases where ships were punished due to inadequate management of dangerous cargo containers,explains the management responsibility of ships carrying cargo in Article 61 of the newly revised Maritime Traffic Safety Law,and summarizes the relevant regulations concerning the management of dangerous goods on board in the newly revised Maritime Traffic Safety Law and international conventions.In addition,it analyzes the reasons and related risks of the current inadequate management of dangerous goods containers on board,and puts forward relevant management suggestions.
