摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠癌根治术后乳糜漏发生的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2020年9月,于我院行结肠癌根治术的371例患者的临床资料。对术后乳糜漏发生的可能因素进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic分析。结果:乳糜漏的发生率为5.93%(22/371)。经单因素分析,年龄≥60岁、术前白蛋白<35 g/L、肿瘤位于右半结肠、淋巴结清扫数目≥20枚,与结肠癌根治术后乳糜漏发生存在显著差异(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,肿瘤位于右半结肠是结肠癌根治术后乳糜漏发生的独立危险因素(OR=8.679,P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤位于右半结肠是结肠癌根治术后乳糜漏发生的独立危险因素。Objective:To explore the risk factors of chylous leakage after radical resection of colon cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 371 patients with colon cancer who underwent radical resection in Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2015 to September 2020 were collected retrospectively.The incidence of postoperative chylous leakage was recorded.The influencing factors of postoperative chylous leakage were statistically analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.Results:Of the 371 cases, 22 patients occurred postoperative chylous leakage(5.93%).Using univariate analysis, we found that age≥60 years, preoperative albumin<35 g/L,tumor of right colon, number of lymph node dissections≥20 related to chylous leakage after radical resection of colon cancer(P<0.05). Using multivariate analysis, we found that tumor of right colon(OR=8.679,P<0.05) was independent risk factors of chylous leakage after radical resection of colon cancer.Conclusion:Tumor of right colon is an independent risk factor for chylous leakage after radical resection of colon cancer.
