摘 要:减速器传动系统作为新能源汽车的核心部件,承担着传递动力的重要任务。实际运行过程中,因传动系统本身结构、制造和装配误差、齿轮啮合冲击等原因,减速器传动系统成为汽车室内噪声的主要来源。以新能源汽车二级减速器的传动系统作为研究对象,利用Romax软件构建减速器传动系统的三维模型。基于启动、加速、等速、减速、停车5种典型工况,在Romax软件中对其依次进行静力学分析、动力学分析,导出齿轮最大接触和弯曲应力、单位长度载荷分布、传动误差等性能数据,然后将传动误差分析得到的结果设定到NVH分析中,得到系统的振动加速度。对比研究分析不同工况条件下的数据输出结果,分析齿轮啮合力和齿轮振动的关系,为齿轮修形的减振降噪提供对比数据。As the core component of the new energy vehicle, the reducer transmission system undertakes the important task of transmitting power. In the actual operation process, due to the transmission system structure, manufacturing and assembly errors, gear meshing impact and other reasons, the reducer transmission system becomes the main source of vehicle interior noise. Taking the transmission system of the double-stage reducer of a new energy vehicle as the research object, a three-dimensional model of the reducer transmission system is constructed by using Romax software. Based on the five typical working conditions of start-up, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration and stop, the static analysis and dynamic analysis are carried out successively in Romax software, and the performance data such as the maximum contact and bending stress of gear, load distribution per unit length, transmission error and so on are derived. Then the results of transmission error analysis are set into NVH analysis, and the vibration acceleration of the system is obtained. The data output results are compared and analyzed under different working conditions, the relationship between gear meshing force and gear vibration is analyzed, so as to provide comparative data for gear modification to reduce vibration and noise.
