帕金森病患者血清胱抑素C、转铁蛋白及抗氧化酶水平与认知功能损伤的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探究帕金森病(PD)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH⁃Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、硫氧还蛋白过氧化物酶(TPX)]水平与认知功能损伤的相关性。方法:选取眉山市中医医院神经内科2019年6月到2021年7月收治的85例PD患者作为观察组,并选取同一时间90例正常体检者为对照组。检测两组患者血清CysC、TRF、SOD、GSH⁃Px、CAT、TPX水平,并分析以上指标与认知功能损伤的相关性。结果:观察组CysC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但TRF、SOD、CAT、TPX、GSH⁃Px水平、McOA评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示:观察组CysC、TRF、SOD、CAT、TPX、GSH⁃Px均与PD患者认知能力损伤呈正相关性(r=0.438,r=0.342,r=0.617,r=0.535,r=0.441,r=0.623,均P<0.05)。结论:CysC、TRF、抗氧化酶水平变化可作为参考指标进行PD患者认知功能评判,为临床工作者提供新的诊断和治疗思路,但由于样本数量有限,仍需进一步深入研究。Objective:To investigate the serum levels of cystatin C(CysC),transferrin(TRF)and antioxidant enzymes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH⁃Px),catalase(CAT)and thioredoxin peroxidase(TPX)]and their correlation with cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods:A total of 85 PD patients admitted between June 2019 and July 2021 to the Department of Neurology in Meishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included as subjects(study group).A contemporary cohort of 90 normal health checkup subjects were included as the control group.The serum levels of CysC,TRF,SOD,GSH⁃Px,CAT,and TPX were measured for the two groups,and analyzed for their correlation with cognitive impairment in the PD patients.Results:The study group showed significantly higher CysC level but lower levels of TRF,SOD,CAT,TPX,GSH⁃Px and McOA score,compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of CysC,TRF,SOD,CAT,TPX and GSH⁃Px in the study group were positively correlated with cognitive impairment in PD patients(r=0.438,r=0.342,r=0.617,r=0.535,r=0.441,r=0.623,all P<0.05).Conclusion:The altered levels of CysC,TRF and antioxidant enzymes can be used as reference indicators to evaluate the cognitive function in PD patients,and thus offer clinicians with new ideas in diagnosing and treating PD.Despite this,the limited sample size of this study renders further research needed.
