中医三联法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨便秘型肠易激综合征的中医治疗方法。方法选择就诊的便秘型肠易激综合征患者100例,分为治疗组52例和对照组48例,2组均接受相同便秘健康教育、合理膳食等指导措施,治疗组给予六字诀联合腹部按摩、针刺三联法治疗,对照组给予口服西沙必利片,5 mg/次,3次/d治疗,疗程均为21 d。观察2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分,腹痛、便秘、焦虑量表评分,进行疗效评价。结果2组患者治疗后的中医证候积分均比治疗前降低,治疗组降低幅度明显大于对照组,疗效指数也较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为96.20%,对照组为77.00%,治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后腹痛、便秘单项评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六字诀联合腹部按摩及针刺治疗便秘型肠易激综合征,能有效改善临床症状,疗效优于对照组,且无药物不良反应,治疗方法“简、便、验、廉”,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method of constipation irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome were selected and the patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups received the same constipation health education,and the guidance was reasonable.Nursing measures such as diet,the treatment group was given Liuzijue combined with abdominal massage and acupuncture triple therapy,while the control group was given oral cisapride tablets,5mg/time,3times/d,and the course of treatment in both groups was 21 days.The TCM syndrome scores,abdominal pain scores,constipation scores,and anxiety scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and the efficacy was evaluated.Results The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the reduction range of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and its efficacy index was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 96.20%in the treatment group and 77.00%in the control group.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Abdominal pain,constipation single score and total score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale in both groups were lower than those in the treatment area(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuzijue combined with abdominal massage and acupuncture in the treatment of constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome can effectively improve clinical symptoms and no adverse drug reactions.
