乡村振兴背景下农村基层干部学历提升探究——以“北京市农村基层干部人才培养工程”为例

摘　　要：“北京市农村基层干部人才培养工程”助力京郊乡村人才振兴和组织振兴,通过村务管理人才的培养,有效提升了京郊乡村治理能力,创新了高职人才培养模式,探索出职业教育服务地方经济社会发展的新途径。在乡村振兴背景下,采取“双主体培养、模块化教学、多岗位锻炼”的人才培养模式方及“农学交替、理实循环”的教学模式。为京郊培养了一批农村基层干部队伍,得到了社会各界的认可。“Beijing Rural Grass-roots Cadre Talents Training Project”helps the rural talent revitalization and organizational revitalization in the suburbs of Beijing.Through the training of village affairs management talents,the rural governance ability in the suburbs of Beijing has been effectively improved,the higher vocational talent training mode is innovated,and new ways for vocational education to serve the local economic and social development are explored.Under the background of rural revitalization,the talent training mode of“dual-subject training,modular teaching and multi-post training”and the teaching mode of“agricultural learning alternation and practical cycle”are adopted.A number of rural grass-roots cadres have been trained for the suburbs of Beijing,which has been recognized by all walks of life.
