摘　　要：分析2019—2021年ICMJE推荐规范的更新内容,探讨医学期刊的发展趋势。文章介绍了ICMJE推荐规范的历史沿革和中文翻译情况,详细列出了2021年版ICMJE推荐规范的目录,重点分析2019—2021年ICMJE推荐规范的更新内容:财务和非财务关系与活动、多元性和包容性、预印本及其引用,希望更多医学期刊在了解ICMJE推荐规范的基础上能采纳和遵循其给出的建议。The main updated contents of International Committee of Medical Journal Editors(ICMJE)recommendations from 2019 to 2021 are analyzed,and the developing trends of medical journals are discussed.This paper introduces the history and the translation situation of ICMJE recommendations,lists the catalogue of ICMJE recommendations of the 2021 version in detail,and puts emphasis on the updated contents of ICMJE recommendations from 2019 to 2021:financial and non-financial relationships and activities,diversity and inclusion,and preprints and citations.It is hoped that more medical journals can adopt and follow ICMJE recommendations on the basis of understanding the recommendations.
