摘 要:为研究高速铁路高架桥上铺设无缝道岔群的可行性,以某高架桥上道岔群为例,基于岔-桥相互作用原理、非线性有限元理论,建立无缝道岔-梁体-墩台空间耦合模型,计算分析桥上道岔群及桥墩墩顶的力学特性,并提出结构优化方案。研究表明:当无缝道岔群铺设于温度跨度较大的多联桥梁时,无缝道岔钢轨纵向力较大,钢轨强度往往不满足《铁路无缝线路设计规范》要求;铺设小阻力扣件可显著降低钢轨纵向力,铺设方案应同时满足道岔变形控制要求;混凝土箱梁截面惯性矩较大,道岔区钢轨挠曲力较小;道岔群铺设于多联连续刚构桥时,温度作用下的墩顶纵向力远大于断轨作用;无缝道岔铺设时,应严格控制梁体温度,避免极端气温时转辙器处梁轨相对位移超限。研究成果可为高速铁路高架桥上无缝道岔群的设计与运维提供借鉴与参考。To study the feasibility of laying welded turnout groups on high speed railway viaducts,a turnout group on high speed railway viaducts is taken as an example,and a welded turnout-beam-pier spatial coupling model is established based on the turnout-bridge interaction theory and nonlinear finite element theory.The mechanical characteristics of turnout groups and bridge pier tops are calculated and analyzed,and a structural optimization scheme is proposed.The study shows that:when welded turnout group is laid on multi-linked viaducts with a large temperature span,the longitudinal force of welded turnout rails is often large,and fails to meet the requirements;the laying of low resistance fasteners can significantly reduce the rail force,and the laying scheme shall also meet the requirements of turnout deformation control;the inertia moment of the concrete box girder section is large,and the rail flexural force in the turnout area is small;when the turnout group is laid on a multi-linked continuous rigid bridge,the longitudinal force at the pier top under the effect of temperature is much greater than that under the effect of broken rail;when laying the welded turnouts,the beam temperature shall be strictly controlled to avoid the displacement of the girder relative to rail at the switch exceeding the limit at extreme temperature.The research results can provide a reference for the design,operation,and maintenance of welded turnout groups on high speed railway viaducts.
