摘  要:与一般跨区间无缝线路相比,高原铁路面临阳光辐射强、日轨温差和时变率大等问题,为提升青藏铁路等高原铁路道岔的长期安全服役性能,对高原铁路铺设跨区间无缝线路可行性进行分析。梳理和总结高原铁路及高温差铁路沿线40年的气温分布规律,并基于最速下降法的神经网络算法完成海拔、气温和纬度等复杂条件下的轨温预测,开展高原铁路无缝道岔工程实践与理论检算。结果表明:高原铁路岔区接头处病害突出,实现跨区间无缝线路具有强烈的现实需求;从年、日轨温差分析,青藏铁路铺设跨区间无缝线路的环境与已完成跨区间无缝化的兰新铁路、滨洲铁路接近;高原铁路道岔尖轨伸缩量满足规范要求,道岔工电设备基本适应高原铁路跨区间无缝线路运营环境,高原铁路铺设跨区间无缝线路是可行的。最后提出高原铁路跨区间无缝化试验方案。Compared with trans-section CWR tracks on ordinary railways,plateau railways face problems such as strong solar radiation,large daily rail temperature difference and time-varying rate.In order to improve the long-term safe service performance of turnouts of plateau railways such as Qinghai-Tibet Railway,this paper analyzes the feasibility of laying trans-section CWR tracks on plateau railways.This paper sorts out and sums up the 40-year temperature distribution rules along plateau railways and railways with high temperature difference,completes the rail temperature prediction under altitude,temperature,latitude and other complex conditions based on the neural network algorithm of the steepest descent method,and carries out the practice and theoretical checking calculation of CWR turnout engineering on plateau railways.The results show that:There is a strong practical need to realize transsection CWR track due to prominent diseases at the joints of plateau railway turnout areas;according to the analysis of annual and daily rail temperature differences,the environment for Qinghai-Tibet Railway to lay trans-section CWR track is similar to that of Lanzhou-Urumchi Railway and Harbin-Manzhouli Railway that have completed transsection CWR track;the expansion of switch rail of plateau railway turnout meets the specification requirements,and the turnout industrial electrical equipment basically adapts to the operation environment of trans-section CWR track of plateau railways.Therefore,it is feasible to lay trans-section CWR track for railways in plateau areas.Finally,this paper puts forward the test scheme of trans-section CWR track of plateau railways.
