摘  要:为解决高速铁路无砟轨道大超高区段轨道板更换难题,对拨轨、吊装等关键工序进行分析,结果表明:拨轨过程钢轨回弹力逐渐增大,在大超高区段钢轨因与水平面呈一定夹角导致钢轨易发生回弹、扭转等失稳风险;采用换板主平台或轨道吊吊装轨道板时,存在支腿-枕木结构自锁角度失效、液压支腿承受径向力失稳、回转中心动力矩不足等问题。研究提出并应用大超高区段拨轨改进措施,以及换板主平台自调平吊装、移动式龙门吊+运板小车、固定式龙门吊+轨道车3种换板方案。应用实践表明:采用轻型手拉葫芦约束钢轨回弹方案可行;3种换板方案均能在天窗点内完成大超高区段换板作业,其中换板主平台自调平吊装方案能在100 min内完成换板。In order to solve the problem of replacing track slabs in large superelevation sections of ballastless tracks of high speed railways,this paper analyzes the key processes such as track shifting and hoisting.The results show that:In the process of track shifting,the rail rebound force gradually increases,and the rail is prone to instability risks such as rebound and torsion due to a certain angle with the horizontal plane in the large superelevation section.When the track slab is hoisted by the slab replacement main platform or rail-mounted gantry crane,there are problems such as failure of the selflocking angle of the crane outrigger-sleeper structure,instability of the hydraulic leg under radial force,and insufficient dynamic torque of the rotation center.The research proposes and applies improvement measures of track shifting in large superelevation section and three slab replacement schemes:self-leveling hoisting of slab replacement main platform,mobile gantry crane+slab transporting trolley and fixed gantry crane+rail car.The application practice shows that the scheme to use light chain hoist to restrain the rail rebound is feasible.All the three slab replacement schemes can complete slab replacement in the large superelevation section within the maintenance window,in which the self-leveling hoisting of slab replacement main platform scheme can complete the slab replacement within 100 min.
