摘 要:马乳及其制品具有较高的营养和食疗价值,受到越来越多消费者的青睐和肯定,因此在国内具有较大的市场发展潜力。本文介绍了马乳的特点和功能,概述了马的泌乳性能以及产乳性状相关候选基因的研究进展,并介绍了多组学技术在产乳性状相关基因研究中的应用。总体而言,马产乳性状相关研究尚处于起步阶段,相关研究积累较少。但该领域的研究可以借鉴奶牛方面的研究方法和策略,同时奶牛上的研究成果对于马产乳性状的研究也具有重要的参考意义。Horse milk and its dairy products have high nutritional and therapeutic value,and be favored and affirmed by more and more consumers,so they have a great potential on the market of China.In this review,the characteristics and functions of equine milk were introduced,and the progress on the study of the candidate genes related to milk production traits were summarized.The application of multi-omics technologies in screening and identifying the candidate genes regulating milk production traits were illustrated.Up to now,the study on horse milk production traits is still very limited.There is no much achievement from the study accumulated.But the study on horse milk production traits would benefit from the research results of dairy cattle,which have been well studied.
