摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道及腹膜后神经鞘瘤的影像学特点,提高术前影像学诊断水平。方法选取我院就诊的胃肠道及腹膜后神经鞘瘤患者8例,回顾性分析其临床、影像及病理资料。结果本组8例神经鞘瘤,均为单发肿块。胃神经鞘瘤密度相对均匀,渐进性强化特点显著。腹膜后神经鞘瘤密度不均匀,与病理Atoni A、Atoni B区交替分布相对应,实性部分呈现渐进性强化特点。结论胃肠道及腹膜后神经鞘瘤临床症状无特异性,影像学鉴别诊断困难而常被误诊。当显示为边界清楚的类圆形病灶,增强扫描见条片样分布实性成分,并呈渐进性强化特点时应想到该病可能。Objective To explore the image findings and pathological characteristics of 8 misdiagnosed gastric and retroperitoneal schwannoma in order to improve the preoperative diagnosis accuracy.Methods Eight cases of misdiagnosed gastric and retroperitoneal schwannomas treated in our hospital were collected.The findings of imaging and pathological characteristics were reviewed restrospectively.Results The 8 cases of schwannomas were all single lumps.Ggastric schwannomas were almost lumps with equable density,routine enhancement scan was characterized by mild uniform strengthing of the arterial period,further strengthening of the venous phase,and mild prolonged delay.Density of retroperitoneal schwannomas was not uniform,which corresponded to the alternating distribution of pathological Atoni A and Atoni B regions,and solid components of the tumor delayed enhancement.Conclusion Although Ggastric and retroperitoneal schwannomas are frequently misdiagnosed due to their nonspecific symptoms and difficulty in imaging differential diagnosis.Through retrospective analysis and summary,we can uncover their certain characteristics to improve preoperative accuracy.
