摘　　要：对近年来国内外制糖生产过程中糖液澄清脱色的研究概况进行了综述,分析对比了吸附法、氧化法、过滤法等各类澄清脱色技术在制糖生产过程中的研究情况,指出了各类方法在生产、推广等方面的不足之处,并展望了制糖行业用澄清技术今后的研究方向。In this review, the clarification and decolorization of sugar solution in the process of sugar production was summarized. The research status of various clarification and decolorization techniques such as adsorption, oxidation and filtration in sugar production process and the deficiencies of existing methods in production and popularization, were compared and introduced. In addition, the research direction of the clarification technology in sugar industry was discussed.
