摘 要:依托木材加工行业最新研究成果和虚拟仿真技术,以“高阶性、创新性、挑战度”为标准,建设了具有林业特色的自动化专业虚拟仿真实验项目。通过对虚拟仿真系统功能模块以及对实木板材的缺陷定位、识别、优选、排样等具体实验参数的设计,该实验教学项目能够引导学生通过探究式学习实现将理论知识向工程实践应用的转化,提高学生综合运用所学专业知识进行综合设计和工程应用的能力。Relying on the latest research results in the wood processing industry and virtual simulation technology,and taking “high-level, innovative and challenging” as the standard, the virtual simulation experiment project of automation specialty with forestry characteristics has been built. Through the design of the functional modules of the virtual simulation system and the specific experimental parameters such as defect positioning, identification,optimization and layout of solid wood plates, the experimental teaching project can guide students to realize the transformation of theoretical knowledge into engineering practice through inquiry learning, and improve students’ ability to comprehensively use their professional knowledge for comprehensive design and engineering application.
