摘　　要：工程高质量发展需要工程伦理提供支撑。个体主义工程伦理希望通过工程师个体的道德努力来解决工程伦理问题,这一研究进路不断遭遇现实的困境,因为工程师个体的实践活动要受到工程共同体其他成员的影响和制约。要有效解决工程伦理问题,应该更多地关注工程共同体的伦理问题,探索工程共同体整体伦理的实现方法。实现以工程师为主导的道德领导、工程共同体成员间的道德商谈、以企业为核心的伦理文化和政府的制度伦理环境等多个维度的伦理整合,在一定程度上能够促成工程共同体的整体伦理的形成,从而更好地解决现实中的工程伦理问题。High-quality development of engineering must be supported by engineering ethics. The engineering ethics of individualism approach which hopes to solve the problems of engineering ethics through the moral efforts of individual engineers is constantly challenged by realistic difficulties since the practical activities of individual engineers are affected and restricted by other members of the engineering community. To effectively solve the problems of engineering ethics, more attention should be attached to the ethical problems of engineering community and explore an efficient approach to the realization of the holistic ethics of engineering community. The ethical integration of multiple dimensions, such as moral leadership led by engineers, moral negotiation among members of the engineering community, ethical culture with enterprises as the core, and institutional ethical environment of the government can promote the holistic ethics of the engineering community to a certain extent, so as to better solve the practical problems in engineering ethics.
