摘 要:低温集输生产工艺技术是一种能够降低油田生产能耗,提高生产效益的有效手段。然而,低温集输工艺技术应用的可行性模糊导致该技术无法在油田生产中得到广泛推广。根据油田现场生产数据,采用了熵权法和灰色关联度分析法对低温集输技术的影响因素进行了相关性分析,并结合反向传播(back propagation,BP)神经网络建立了低温集输可行性预测模型。相关性分析结果表明,环境温度、油井产液量、产液含聚浓度和集油管线长度是油井能否实现低温集输生产的主要影响因素。将相关性结果应用到聚驱系统低温集输可行性预测模型中,使其具有较强的鲁棒性,且模拟结果准确率为95.94%。该研究成果在油田聚驱系统生产中得以推广应用。Low temperature gathering production process technology is an effective method to reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency in oilfield.However,the feasibility ambiguity of low-temperature gathering process technology has prevented the technology from being widely promoted in oilfield production.Combining oilfield field production data,the entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method were used to analyze the correlation of influencing factors of low-temperature gathering and transportation technology,and the feasibility prediction model of low-temperature gathering and transportation was established in combination with back propagation(BP)neural network.The results of the correlation analysis show that the ambient temperature,the liquid production of well,the polymer concentration in the production fluid and gathering pipeline length are the main influencing factors on whether the well could achieve low-temperature gathering production.The correlation results are applied to the feasibility prediction model of the low temperature gathering on polymer driven oil fields.The feasibility prediction model has a strong robustness and an accuracy of 95.94%for the simulation results compared with the field test data.Noteworthy,the research results have been used in the production of polymer driven oil fields.
