摘 要:在三维模型自动生成二维工程图及参数化二维工程图变型设计过程中,二维工程图尺寸标注可能会出现干涉、间距不合理等问题。利用CAD软件提供的函数,获取二维工程图的尺寸标注信息;在此基础上,提出了一种基于尺寸箭头端点坐标的二维工程图尺寸标注调整方法及一种基于向量积的尺寸标注干涉判断方法。根据尺寸箭头端点坐标,提取视图中的水平尺寸标注和竖直尺寸标注,对水平尺寸标注和竖直尺寸标注重新布局,布局完成后对所有的标注进行干涉判断,然后对其中干涉的尺寸标注进行微调整,实现二维工程图尺寸自适应调整。In the process of automatic generation of two-dimensional engineering drawings in three-dimensional models and in the process of variant design of parametric two-dimensional engineering drawings,the dimension labeling with two-dimensional engineering drawing may have some problems such as interference and unreasonable spacing.In this paper,functions provided by CAD software are used to obtain dimension marking information of two-dimensional engineering drawings.On this basis,the paper put forward an adjustment method of dimension labeling with two-dimensional engineering drawing based on dimension arrow endpoint coordinates and a dimension labeling interference judgment method based on vector product.According to the end coordinates of dimension arrows,extract the horizontal dimension and vertical dimension in the view,rearrange the horizontal dimension and vertical dimension,judge the interference in all dimensions after the layout is completed,and then adjust the interference dimension slightly,realize the dimension adaptive adjustment of two-dimensional engineering drawing.
