摘 要:提料装置铰接点位置是影响系统运动性能的关键,以增加环卫车提料过程运动平顺性和提高液压缸使用寿命为优化目标,对提料装置机构进行研究优化,利用INVENTOR建立其三维模型,并应用于ADAMS进行参数化建模,运动学仿真分析并优化,选用优化后的参数进行样机试制与性能试验。研究试验结果表明,环卫车提料装置优化了其铰接点位置,优化后具有夹紧力适中、工作平稳流畅、性能稳定、提料能力良好等特点,仿真值和实验值的符合性得到验证。The hinge point position of the lifting device is the key to affect the performance of the system,in order to increase the lifting process movement comfort of the garbage truck and improve the service life of the hydraulic cylinder as the optimization goal,Research and optimize was carried out on the lifting device,its three-dimensional model was established by INVENTOR and applied to the ADAMS for parametric modeling,kinematic simulation analysis and optimization,by using the optimized parameters of prototype test and performance test.The results show that The lifting device of garbage truck is optimized for its hinge point position,which is characterized by moderate clamping force,smooth movement process,stable operation and good material lifting ability,etc.The conformity between simulation value and experimental value is verified.
