摘 要:背景:磷酸原和糖酵解供能在柔道比赛中占有较大比例,提升柔道运动员的无氧代谢能力,有助于运动员在比赛中充分发挥自身的竞技水平。目的:本文通过比较不同运动年限男子大学生柔道运动员的无氧能力特征,为柔道项目的教学与训练提供科学依据。方法:以广州体育学院二级及其以上男子大学生柔道运动员为实验对象,采用无氧功率自行车进行无氧能力测试,并在运动结束后3分钟、5分钟、10分钟、15分钟采取受试者的指尖血进行血乳酸测试。结果:运动年限为7-9年的运动员平均功率为502.19±88.99 W,单位体重平均功率为7.08±0.33 W/Kg,功率递减率为64.62±21.30,优于运动年限为1-3年和4-6年的运动员。结论:运动年限较长的男子大学生柔道运动员速度耐力和做功维持能力较好,具有较好的无氧糖酵解系统供能能力。Phosphagen and glycolytic energy supply performs a major role in judo competitions,and strengthening the anaerobic metabolic capacity of judo athletes help athletes perform as best they can during competition.OBJECTIVE:The aim of the present study is to provide a scientific basis for teaching and training of judo programs by a comparison of the characteristics of anaerobic capacity of male college judo athletes who have played sport for different years.METHOD:The experimental subjects were male college judo athletes at level 2 and above from Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,and anaerobic capacity tests were completed using anaerobic power bicycles,and fingertip blood was taken for blood lactate testing from the subjects at minutes 3,5,10 and 15 after the end of exercise.RESULTS:The average power of athletes with 7-9 years of sport was 502.19±88.99 W,and the average power per unit body weight was 7.08±0.33 W/Kg,with a decreasing power rate of 64.62±21.30,which was better than athletes with 1-3 years in sport and 4-6 years in sport.CONCLUSION:Male college judo athletes with more years of sport have higher speed endurance and work maintenance capacity,and higher glycolytic system energy supply capacity.
