摘　　要：目的:分析张仲景治疗肺系病证的用药规律。方法:录入张仲景治疗肺系病证相关方剂80首,中药82味,对药物性味归经、药物功效进行频数统计、关联规则分析以及聚类分析,得出核心处方,总结组方规律。结果:使用频率最高的药物有甘草、桂枝、生姜、大枣、茯苓等;药味以甘、辛、苦为主;药物归经主要归肺经、脾经、胃经、心经、肾经和肝经;药物功效以补益、解表、化痰止咳平喘、清热为主。高频药对为甘草、白芍,甘草、杏仁,干姜、五味子,甘草、麻黄,甘草、桂枝,甘草、干姜,五味子、细辛,半夏、细辛;高频角药为甘草、白芍、桂枝,大枣、生姜、甘草,甘草、大枣、桂枝,大枣、生姜、桂枝,甘草、生姜、桂枝,半夏、细辛、五味子,干姜、细辛、五味子,干姜、五味子、半夏。聚类分析得到4个核心处方。结论:张仲景治疗肺系病证寒温并用,注重补法、汗法、消法和清法。Objective:To analyze Zhang Zhong-jing′s law of medication in treating lung diseases.Methods:A total of 80 formulas related to lung diseases and syndromes of Zhang Zhong-jing and 82 Chinese medicinals were recorded.The frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on the meridian tropism and drug efficacy of the drugs,and the core formulas were obtained.Results:The most frequently used drugs were as follows:Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens),Dazao(Fructus Jujubae),Fuling(Poria),etc.The medicine mainly tasted sweet,pungent and bitter.The meridian tropism involved the lung,spleen,stomach,heart,kidney and liver meridians.The drug effects mainly came from tonifying medicinals,exterior-releasing medicinals,phlegm-resolving and cough-stopping and asthma-relieving heat-clearing medicinals,and heat-clearing medicinals.The high-frequency drug pairs were as follows:Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum);Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis)-Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis);Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis)-Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari);Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)-Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari).High-frequency combinations of three drugs were as follows:Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi);Dazao(Fructus Jujubae)-Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens)-Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Dazao(Fructus Jujubae)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi);Dazao(Fructus Jujubae)-Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi);Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)-Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi);Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)-Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari)-Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis);Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis)-Xixin(Radi
