摘 要:目的 将缺陷式案例导入教学法引入检验实习教学,以期达到提高教学效果的目的。方法 将2017年8月1日-2019年6月31日在某院检验科实习学生31人,分为对照组(n=15)和研究组(n=16)。研究组运用缺陷案例导入教学法,对照组运用传统教学方法进行带教实习。实习结束进行理论和操作考核及教学满意度调查,并对考核结果进行系统分析。结果 研究组的理论考核成绩(92.25±2.91)分,其中理论考核的基础理论(18.68±2.02)分、质量控制(13.46±1.98)分、案例分析(13.80±2.01)分;操作考核成绩(84.94±3.49)分,其中室内质控操作(17.57±2.06)分、生物安全操作(15.84±2.29)分,考核指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 缺陷案例导入教学法可以提高检验实习的教学效果、提高考试成绩,增加学生对教学的满意度,值得推广。Objectives This study introduces the defective case-guided teaching method into the practice teaching of laboratory medicine in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching. Methods A total of 31 interns in a laboratory of a certain hospital from August 1, 2017 to June 31, 2019 were divided into a control group(n=15) and a test group(n=16). The test group used defective case-guided teaching methods while the control group used traditional teaching methods for teaching practice. Theoretical and operational examinations, teaching satisfaction surveys and assessments, and systematic analysis of the assessment results were carried out at the end of the internship. Results The theoretical assessment score of the test group was 92.25±2.91, among which were the basic theory of theoretical assessment(18.68±2.02), quality control(13.46±1.98) and case analysis(13.80±2.01).The operational assessment score of the test group was 84.94±3.49, among which were the indoor quality control operation(17.57±2.06) and biosafety operation(15.84±2.29). All assessment indicators in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between these two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Defective case-guided teaching method can enhance the teaching effectiveness in the practice teaching of laboratory medicine, improve test scores, and increase students’ level of satisfaction with teaching. This method is worthy of promotion.
