综合医院中医科临床教学查房的探讨

摘　　要：临床教学查房作为全国实施住院医师规范化培训系统工程中的关键教学项目之一,越来越受到规培医生、教务老师、教学医院以及整个医疗系统的重视。近几年兴起开展的临床教学查房,多集中在对综合医院西医专科或者中医院的专科方向进行考察,而对综合医院中医科教学查房的现状关注甚少。综合医院中医科相当于全科,而又不同于西医的全科,有自己的医疗文化特色。目前对综合医院中医科教学查房的大环境、教学进展水平、主要教学方式及内容等都很少被思考指正。这部分教学区域不单能提高学员对中医体系的认识,也能增长其中医临床实践技能,是教学查房中不可或缺的部分,应该被重视。此文对综合医院中医科学员特质及教学环节各部分遇到的问题进行探讨,旨在梳理出相同标准评定下不同类型的教学查房怎样开展更合适,相互借鉴,更好地完成此部分临床教学工作。As one of the key teaching projects in the nationwide standardized training system for resident doctors,clinical teaching rounds have been paid more and more attention by the society.In recent years,most of the teaching rounds carried out in general hospitals focus on the investigation of the specialties of Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),while little attention has been paid to the current situation of teaching rounds of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals.TCM in general hospital is equivalent to general practice,but different from western medicine,it has its own medical culture characteristics.At present,the general environment,teaching progress level,main teaching methods and contents of TCM teaching rounds in general hospitals are rarely considered and corrected.This teaching area can not only improve students’understanding of TCM system,but also increase their TCM clinical practice skills.It is an indispensable part of teaching rounds and should be paid attention to.This paper discusses the problems in the analysis of the characteristics of TCM students in general hospitals and the problems encountered in each part of the teaching process,so that we can learn from each other to better complete this part of clinical teaching.
