摘　　要：目的观察康复指导对糖尿病并发脑血栓伴吞咽障碍患者预后的影响,尤其对其临床效果、并发症及复发率的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月收治的糖尿病并发脑血栓伴吞咽障碍患者56例,随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组28例。均接受常规指导,研究组在此基础上强化康复指导。比较2组疗效、并发症、复发率、血糖及生存质量情况。结果研究组总有疗效率为89.29%高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为14.29%明显低于对照组的39.29%(P<0.05);研究组复发率为10.71%低于对照组的35.71%(P<0.05)。研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组指导后生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病并发脑血栓伴吞咽障碍患者提供康复指导,有利于减少并发症及复发率,稳定患者血糖水平,预防病情持续恶化,有利于积极改善患者生活质量,具有较高的应用及推广价值。Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation guidance on the clinical efficacy,complications,recurrence rate and prognosis of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral thrombosis and dysphagia.Methods A total of 56 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral thrombosis and dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two roups,with 18 cases in each group.The patients in both groups received regular guidance,on that basis,thepatientsin research group received strengthened rehabilitation guidance.The curative effects,complications,recurrence rate,blood sugar and lifequality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in research group was 89.29%,which was significantly higher than that(64.29%)in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in research group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than that(39.29%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the recurrence rate(10.71%)in research group was significantly lower than that(35.71%)in control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the life quality scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To provide the rehabilitation guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral thrombosis and dysphagia is conducive to decreasing the incidence of complications and recurrence rates,stabilize patients’blood glucose levels,prevent continued deterioration of the disease,and actively improve the life quality of patients,therefore,it is of higher application and promotion value.
