针灸结合疏肝理气方剂治疗中风抑郁症对患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中风抑郁症患者接受针灸结合疏肝理气方剂治疗对神经功能的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月收治的60例中风抑郁症患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组患者行盐酸舍曲林片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合针灸、疏肝理气方剂干预。比较2组患者抑郁、焦虑症状评分、神经功能以及血浆皮质醇(Cor)、神经肽Y水平。结果干预前,2组患者抑郁、焦虑症状评分、神经功能以及血浆Cor、神经肽Y水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组抑郁、焦虑症状、神经功能评分、血浆Cor水平低于对照组,神经肽Y水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风抑郁症患者接受针灸结合疏肝理气方剂治疗可改善自身临床症状,对患者神经功能缓解具有积极作用,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effects of Shuganliqi prescription combined with acupuncture in treatment of stroke depression on the neurologic function of patients.Methods Sixty patients with stroke depression who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by sertraline hydrochloride tablets,however,those in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion as well as Shuganliqi prescription.After treatment,the depression and anxiety symptom scores,neurological function,plasma COR and neuropeptide Y levels were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in depression,anxiety symptom scores,neurological function,plasma COR and neuropeptide Y levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety symptoms,neurological function scores,plasma COR levels in research group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the neuropeptide Y levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuganliqi prescription combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke depression,has a positive effect on the alleviation of neurological function of patients,therefore,it is of higher clinical promotion value.
