摘 要:目的比较生黄柏和盐黄柏对甲亢肾阴虚模型大鼠神经内分泌免疫作用的影响。方法将42只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、生黄柏高剂量组、生黄柏低剂量组、盐黄柏高剂量组、盐黄柏低剂量组。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均灌胃以甲状腺素复制肾阴虚模型,与造模同时每天各给药组大鼠灌胃相应药物,连续21 d,末次给药后测定各组大鼠的内分泌系统功能皮质酮、胰岛素、睾酮、β-内啡肽含量,肾上腺指数、甲状腺指数以及NK细胞杀伤率指标。结果与模型组相比,盐黄柏高剂量组给药组的皮质酮、胰岛素、睾酮、β-内啡肽指标增加明显(P<0.05);脏器(肾上腺、甲状腺)指数均降低;盐黄柏高剂量组与模型组相比杀伤率有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论黄柏对肾阴虚模型大鼠内分泌免疫作用有一定的治疗作用,且盐炙品高剂量效果明显,提示黄柏盐炙后滋阴效果增强。Objective To compare the effects of raw and salt-water processed Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)on the neuroendocrine immunity effects in rats with kidney-Yin deficiency model.Methods Forty-two rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive group,high and low dose groups of raw Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),and high and low dose groups of salt-processed Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex).The endocrine system functions of corticosterone,insulin,testosterone,β-endorphin,adrenal index,thyroid index and natural killer cell(NK cell)killing rate were measured in each group.Results Compared with those of the model group,the corticosterone,insulin,testosterone andβ-endorphin indexes were increased significantly(P<0.05)in the salt-processed Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)high dose group.The organ(adrenal gland and thyroid gland)indexes were all decreased.The killing rate was increased significantly(P<0.05)in the salt-processed Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)high dose group compared with that of the model group.Conclusion Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)has a certain therapeutic effect on the endocrine immune effect in rats with kidney-Yin deficiency model,and the effect of high dose of salt-processed product is obvious,indicating that the effect of nourishing Yin of Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)is enhanced after salt-processing.
