摘  要:为了比较大花序桉不同无性系叶片挥发物化学成分的差异,本研究分别从1203、1204、1212、川林9号、东门1号、东门2号无性系的2年生人工林中采集叶片,在正己烷浸提后,用于气质联用仪进行分析。结果表明:(1)从大花序桉6个无性系叶片共检测出29种挥发性化学成分,分别可以检测出12~20种化学成分;(2)各大花序桉无性系挥发物组成和相对含量有所不同,但均以α-蒎烯、白桦脂醇、高根二醇和正二十七烷的相对含量占优势;(3)大花序桉各无性系之间萜烯类、烷烃类、烯烃类和醇类化合物分别以1204(41.65%)、东门1号(29.12%)、1212(32.55%)和1203(67.87%)的相对含量最高。酯类化合物以东门1号(8.29%)和1203(7.42%)的相对含量显著高于其他无性系;(4)根据叶片挥发性化合物组成,6个大花序桉无性系可被分为三组,1204、川林9号和东门1号为一组,1203和东门2号为另一组,1212单独为一组。本研究结果可以为大花序桉叶油用无性系的筛选和大花序桉的综合开发利用提供一定的科学依据。In order to compare the chemical components of volatiles from leaves of different clones of Eucalyptus cloeziana,leaves were collected from 2-year-old plantations of E.cloeziana clones 1203,1204,1212,Chuanlin 9,Dongmen 1 and Dongmen 2 respectively.From these leaves volatile components were extracted in n-hexane for GC-MS analysis.The results showed that:(1)a total of 29 volatile chemical components were detected and 12~20 chemical components were detected from the leaves of the 6 clones;(2)the E.cloeziana clones differed in their contents of volatiles compounds but the relative contents ofα-pinene,betulin,erythrodiol and heptacosane were dominant;(3)the clones which had highest relative contents of terpenes,alkanes,olefins and alcohols were 1204(41.65%),Dongmen 1(29.12%),1212(32.55%)and 1203(67.87%),and the relative content of esters in clones Dongmen 1(8.29%)and 1203(7.42%)were significantly higher than that in other clones;(4)according to the composition of volatile compounds in their leaves,the 6 E.cloeziana clones could be divided into three groups–1204,Chuanlin 9 and Dongmen 1 as one group,1203 and Dongmen 2 as another group,and 1212 as a separate group.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the screening of clones of E.cloezianafor leaf oil content and for the comprehensive development and utilization of E.cloeziana.
