摘 要:太阳偏光镜行业中,偏光镜的轴位检测一直采用人眼主观判断,存在主观性强、测量精度低、重复性差等问题。国内在偏光镜镜片轴位自动测量装置方面的研发存在空缺,本文对偏光镜轴位的自动测量方法进行了深入研究,提出了通过单片镜片寻找规律,进行迭代处理,实现镜片轴位测量的批量化与自动化,利用该方法开发了一套国内自有的自动测量装置,并对偏光镜轴位偏差的误差值、重复性、精度等方面进行了校准方法的研究。In the solar polarizer industry, the axial position detection of polarizer has been using the subjective judgment of human eyes, which has some problems, such as strong subjectivity, low measurement accuracy, poor repeatability and so on.There is still a vacancy in the research and development of automatic measuring device for polarizer lens axis position in China.In this paper, the automatic measuring method of polarizer axis position is deeply studied.It is proposed to find the law through a single lens and carry out iterative processing to realize the batch and automation of lens axis position measurement.Using this method, a set of domestic automatic measuring device is developed, and the calibration method is studied in terms of the error value, repeatability and accuracy.
