新时代党员领导干部坚定理想信念研究

摘　　要：坚定的理想信念是共产党人安身立命的根本,是打造一支敢于担当的高素质干部队伍的需要,是应对时代变化带来的风险与挑战的客观要求,是提升党执政合法性、巩固执政地位的需要。党员干部的理想信念不坚定主要表现在对马克思主义基本原理的怀疑;与民争利、消极腐败与道德滑坡;政治立场不坚定、工作作风不正、组织原则不强。究其原因,就个人而言,在于个人修养不到位;就组织方面而言,在于从严治党的不到位;就社会环境而言,在于社会诸多消极现象的影响与国内外诸多思潮的冲击。坚定党员干部理想信念,要从抓好思想理论建设入手,抓好党性教育这个核心,抓好道德建设这个基础,严格用“四个能否”的标准衡量自己。A firm ideal and belief,essential to a Party member in settling down to a quiet life,is necessary to forge high quality team daring to assume responsibilities,coping with the risks and challenges,and hoisting the political and ruling legitmacy of the Party.There exists such problems about shaking beliefs as doubtness in the basic principles of Marxism,unstable political stand,evil work style and weak self-control,ect.because of bad individual cultivation,relax reign in the Party and passive impacts home and abroad.To strengthen the ideals and beliefs of Party cadres,efforts should be made to start with ideological and theoretical construction,take the Party spirit education as the core and the moral construction as the basis,and measure every cadre with the four standards.
