摘  要:公司PVC干燥工序采用日本智索公司的干燥工艺,设备为卧式多室加热沸腾床干燥器,其生产过程具有多变量、长滞后和强耦合等特性,PID参数设定不合理,很难实现满意的控制。通过对工艺及现场运行数据的分析,利用PID回路整定及自整定软件对现场回路进行优化,提升控制效果。依据现场实际运行效果对比分析未整定与整定后的控制效果,对比结果说明软件优化的有效性。The PVC drying process of the company adopts the drying process of Japan Zhisuo company.The equipment is a horizontal multi chamber heated fluidized bed dryer. Its production process has the characteristics of multivariable,large lag and strong coupling. The PID parameter setting is unreasonable and it is difficult to achieve satisfactory control. Through the process analysis and field operation data analysis,the PID loop tuning and self-tuning software independently developed is used to optimize the field loop and improve the control effect. According to the actual operation effect,the control effect without and after setting is compared and analyzed. The comparison results show the effectiveness of software optimization.
