摘　　要：了解婴幼儿配方奶粉生产过程和货架期内维生素含量的变化情况,对于优化生产工艺、确保产品中所有维生素含量在货架期内符合国家标准要求具有重要意义。本文对国内外对于婴幼儿配方奶粉生产和储存过程中维生素损失情况进行的研究进行了汇总分析,可供业内人士参考。Understanding the changes of vitamin content in the production process and the shelf life of infant formula is of great significance to optimize the production process and ensure that the vitamin contents in the product meet the requirements of national standards during the shelf life.In this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign studies on vitamin loss during the production and storage of infant formula were summarized and analyzed for reference.
