山西成立人才发展集团的对策研究

摘　　要：本文阐述了山西省人才发展现状,分析了山西省外各地人才发展集团的运作经验以及发展成效,并从指导思想与发展定位、运营模式、拓宽业务范围和覆盖人群、搭建五大平台4个方面提出山西成立人才发展集团的措施建议,以期为山西尽快筑牢人才发展高地提供参考。This paper expounds the current situation of talent development in Shanxi Province, analyzes the operation experience and development results of talent development groups in various places outside Shanxi Province, and puts forward measures and suggestions for establishing talent development groups in Shanxi Province from four aspects: guiding ideology and development orientation, operation mode, expanding business scope and coverage, and building five platforms, hoping to providing reference for Shanxi Province to build a talent development highland as soon as possible.
