摘　　要：随着时代的快速进步,农业产业对农民的综合素质提出了更高要求。推动农业高质量发展,实现农业农村现代化迫切需要新型农民作为支撑。在乡村振兴背景下开展构建新型农民教育培训体系研究,对我国现有的新型农民教育培训体系进行不断完善,是助推我国实现产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴的必由之路。本文从多角度、多层面对我国乡村振兴背景下新型农民教育培训存在的问题及对策展开研究。With the rapid progress of the times,the agricultural industry has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of farmers.Promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas urgently need the support of new farmers.Under the background of rural revitalization,the research of constructing new farmer education and training system and constantly perfecting the existing new farmer education and training system are the only ways to boost industry revitalization,talents revitalization,culture revitalization and ecological revitalization of China.This paper studies the problems and countermeasures of the education and training of farmers under the background of rural revitalization from multiple perspectives.
