摘　　要：随着我国老龄人口数量的不断增加,老年人轻度认知功能障碍的患病率也不断升高,及时发现老年人认知功能的变化,对早期的认知功能下降采取有效的干预措施,能够对老年人认知功能的下降起到延缓或提高老年人认知功能的作用,从而降低痴呆的发病率。本文综述了老年人社会活动参与与认知功能的相关性研究,为提高老年人的生活质量及其家庭幸福感提供重要参考。With the increasing aging of the population in China,the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly is also increasing.Early detection and intervention of mild cognitive impairment can play a role in delaying or improving the decline of cognitive function in the elderly,thereby reducing the incidence of dementia.This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between social activity participation and cognitive function in the elderly,providing an important reference for improving the quality of life of the elderly and their family well-being.
