摘 要:目的对军事飞行人员进行急性缺氧耐力调查,并比较分析飞行员和空中特勤人员的急性缺氧耐力情况。方法选择2018年4月-2021年4月进行急性缺氧模拟体验训练的飞行人员886人,根据飞行人员岗位不同将分为飞行员(390人)和空中特勤人员(496人)2组,并对2组人员的急性缺氧有效意识时间和和急性缺氧耐力评定等级分布情况进行比较分析。结果390名飞行员中,急性缺氧耐力评定合格者288人(73.85%),良好者61人(15.64%),优秀者41人(10.51%);496名空中特勤人员中,急性缺氧耐力评定合格者386人(77.82%),良好者78人(15.73%),优秀者32人(6.45%),2组人员急性缺氧耐力评定等级分布情况比较差异无统计学意义(X^(2)=4.825,P=0.090)。在急性缺氧耐力评定等级合格人员中,飞行员的急性缺氧有效意识时间长于空中特勤人员(t=2.010,P=0.045);等级为良好和优秀人员中,飞行员与空中特勤人员的急性缺氧有效意识时间差异无统计学意义(P=0.557、0.861,P=0.579,0.392)。飞行员急性缺氧平均有效意识时间为(161.10±53.53)s,空中特勤人员急性缺氧平均有效意识时间为(152.38±6.34)s,差异有统计学意义(t=2.554,P=0.011)。结论目前我军飞行人员急性缺氧耐力评定等级多为合格水平,飞行员急性缺氧耐力略优于空中特勤人员。Objective To investigate and compare the acute hypoxia tolerance between military pilots and combat technical service personnel.Methods Eight hundred and eighty-six aircrews of helicopters,transport aircraft and bombers who participated in acute hypoxia simulation experience training in the Aviation Physiology Training Center between April 2018 and April 2021 were selected.According to their jobs,they were divided into two groups:the pilot group(390)and combat technical service personnel group(496).The time of useful consciousness(TUC)of acute hypoxia and the distribution of grades of acute hypoxia endurance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Among the 390 pilots,288(73.85%)were determined as qualified in the assessment of hypoxic endurance,61(15.64%)were good,and 41(10.51%)were excellent,compared with 386(77.82%),78(15.73%),and 32(6.45%)respectively among the 496 combat technical service personnel.There was no significant difference in the grade distribution of acute hypoxic endurance between the two groups(X^(2)=4.825,P=0.090).Among those qualified in the rating of hypoxic endurance,TUC was longer than that of combat technical service personnel(t=2.010,P=0.045).There was no significant difference in TUC between the pilots whose rating was good or excellent(r=0.557,0.861,P=0.579,0.392).TUC of pilots with acute hypoxia was(161.10±53.53)s,compared with(152.38±46.34)s for combat technical service personnel,so the difference was statistically significant(t=2.554,P=0.011).Conclusion Most of the acute hypoxia endurance scores of our military aircrews are up to the standard,but the hypoxic endurance of pilots is slightly better than that of combat technical service personnel.
