五运六气禀赋与结直肠癌的易患性分析

摘　　要：目的:基于五运六气理论,探讨结直肠癌患者出生时期的运气分布规律。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对1322例结直肠癌患者出生日期的五运六气分布特点进行统计学分析。结果:结直肠癌患者出生时的运气分布有一定的差异:主气为阳明燥金、太阳寒水,太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉者最易患病;主气为少阴君火,太阴湿土司天、太阳寒水在泉者不易患病。各组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,出生在下半年者明显多于出生在上半年者(P<0.05),而出生在下半年者,年份为太阴湿土在泉时较易患病,年份为太阳寒水在泉时不易患病,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出生在不平和年份(天符、太乙天符、同天符、不和、小逆、天刑)者明显多于出生在平和年份(平气、岁会、同岁会、顺化)者,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌的罹患与患者出生时的岁运、六气、运气相合特点具有一定的关联性。Objective:Based on the theory of five elements motion and six climatic factors,the distribution of Yunqi(运气)at birth of colorectal cancer patient was investigated.Methods:A retrospective statistics study was adopted to analyze the characteristic of five elements motion and six climatic factors at birth of 1322 colorectal cancer patients.Results:The distribution of Yunqi at birth of colorectal cancer patient showed some differences.The patient with high incidence of colorectal cancer was associated with the period of Yangming Zaojin(阳明燥金),Taiyang Hanshui(太阳寒水)in dominate Qi(气),Taiyang Hanshui Sitian(太阳寒水司天)and Taiyin Shitu Zaiquan(太阴湿土在泉),While the patient with low incidence of colorectal cancer was associated with the period of Shaoyin Junhuo(少阴君火)in dominate Qi,Taiyin Shitu Sitian(太阴湿土司天)and Taiyang Hanshui Zaiquan(太阳寒水在泉),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,there were significantly more patients born in the second half of the year than those born in the first half of the year(P<0.05).Those born in the second half of the year were more likely to get sick when they were born in Taiyin Shitu Zaiquan and less likely to get sick in Taiyang Hanshui Zaiquan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Those born in rough years such as Tianfu(天符)and Taiyi Tianfu(太乙天符)were significantly more than those born in mild years such as Pingqi(平气)and Suihui(岁会),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of colorectal cancer is related to five elements motion,six climatic factors,and characteristics of five elements motion combined with six climatic factors at birth.
