日本图书馆咨询协同数据库概览与启示

摘　　要：日本咨询协同数据库是由日本国立国会图书馆与800余家公共图书馆、大学图书馆、学校图书馆、专业图书馆共同构建的网络资源库。它为图书馆员的咨询服务提供信息支持,是普通访问者可依赖的信息源,是图书馆员培训培养的素材,是图书馆学者研究参考咨询工作的切入点。我国的数字参考咨询服务尚存在内容不够丰富、欠缺开放度等问题。建设类似的数据库,能够完善我国的数字参考咨询服务,彰显图书馆员在读者服务中的重要作用。The Collaborative Reference Database is an online database built by the National Diet Library of Japan and more than 800 public libraries,university libraries,school libraries and professional libraries throughout the whole country.It supports librarians’reference services,offers reliable information source for ordinary visitors,provides materials for librarian teaching and training,and plays as the entry point of researches in library field.The digital reference service system in China still has insufficient content,lacks openness and other problems.The construction of similar databases can improve our reference consulting services and highlight the importance of librarians.
