摘  要:“岗课赛证”融通作为现代职业教育改革中一种新的育人模式,对高职院校的学前教育专业提出了诸多新的挑战。以晋城职业技术学院学前教育专业琴法课为例,从分析其教学现状出发,论述了“以岗定课、以证促教、以赛促学”的新理念下,岗课、赛证、学赛融合的要点,并结合课题研究实践成果总结了“以研促改”“以学提能”“以案促教”的课改对策。As a new educational mode in the reform of modern vocational education,the integration of post,course,competition and certificate poses many new challenges to the preschool education specialty of higher vo⁃cational colleges.Illustrated by the piano teaching of the preschool education specialty of Jincheng Institute of Technology,this paper makes an analysis of its teaching status,discusses the key points of the integration of onthe-job courses,competition certificates and learning competitions under the new concept of“setting courses by posts,promoting teaching by certificates and promoting learning by competitions”,and summarizes the curriculum reform countermeasures of“promoting reform by research”,“improving ability by learning”and“promoting teaching by cases”in combination with the research and practice results.
