摘　　要：牙周炎是中、老年人群中发生率较高的一种慢性炎症性疾病,其主要是通过局部因素的影响,对口腔的牙龈和牙周组织进行侵犯,从而对人体的牙齿造成不可逆的破坏性损伤。其主要临床特征是牙周袋的形成和牙周袋溢脓,发展到晚期,可出现牙齿松动,这也是老年人丧失牙齿的主要原因之一。牙周炎甚至被称为危害人体生命健康的“第三大杀手”,是造成口腔损伤的重要因素。如何治疗牙周炎,延长牙周炎导致的松动牙在口内使用时间是当下医学界研究的热点之一。高强纤维牙周夹板固定法作为一种新型的非手术治疗方法,具有一定的临床应用价值。Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease with a high incidence in the middle-aged and elderly population,which mainly invades the gingival and periodontal tissues through the influence of local factors,and causes irreversible and destructive damage to the human teeth.The main clinical features are the formation of periodontal pockets and the overflow of pus from periodontal pockets.And it may develop to tooth loosening in its advanced stages,which is one of the main causes of tooth loss in the elderly.Periodontitis has even been called"the third killer"of human health,and is an important factor causing oral injury.How to treat periodontitis and prolong the service life of loose teeth caused by periodontitis in the mouth is one of the focuses in medical research nowadays.And it is found that the high-strength fiber periodontal splint,as a new nonsurgical treatment method,is of certain clinical application v alue.
