摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析的方法回顾2000-2021年我国不同灸法在膝骨关节炎中应用的相关文献,了解其研究现状并为我国灸法应用于膝骨关节炎的治疗与护理的进一步发展提供借鉴。方法检索中国知网数据库关于不同灸法应用在膝骨关节炎的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 5.8软件对检索的文献基本信息和内容进行分析。结果共纳入322篇文献,通过对关键词进行分析,共总结出3个研究热点:雷火灸与热敏灸是应用较多的艾灸疗法;不同灸法常与针刺相结合;生活质量、雷火灸与关节功能等是目前研究的新趋势。结论我国灸法应用在膝骨关节炎的治疗与护理已受到研究者的关注,研究热点与研究新趋势已显现。Objective To review the literature on the application of different moxibustions in knee osteoarthritis in China from 2000 to 2021 by bibliometric analysis,so as to understand the current study status and provide reference for the further development of the application of moxibustions in the treatment and nursing of knee osteoarthritis in China.Methods The literature on different moxibustions in knee osteoarthritis included in China National Knowledge Internet was retrieved,and the basic information and contents of the retrieved literature were analyzed by CiteSpace 5.8 software.Results A total of 322 literatures were included.Through the analysis of key words,three research hotspots were identified:thunder fire moxibustion and heat sensitive moxibustion are widely used moxibustion therapy.Different moxibustion methods are often combined with acupuncture.Quality of life,thunder fire moxibustion and joint function are the new trends of research at present.Conclusion The application of moxibustions in the treatment and nursing of knee osteoarthritis in China has caught the attention of researchers,and hotspots and new trends for the study have emerged.
