摘　　要：本文报道并分析一例腹部无辅助切口经肛门取出标本的机器人辅助下直肠癌联合肝转移灶切除术(NOSESⅣ式),旨在说明机器人NOSES对于直肠癌肝转移患者的可行性,为微创外科理念提供新角度,使更多患者受益。This article reports and analyzes a case of robot-assisted resection of rectal cancer combined with liver metastases(NOSES IV),which is removed through the anus without an assisted incision in the abdomen.The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the feasibility of robotic NOSES for rectal cancer patients with liver metastasis,and to provide a new perspective on the concept of minimally invasive surgery for the benefit of more patients.
