摘 要:为改善热再生沥青混合料中RAP材料的用量,引入高模量沥青混合料的设计思想对RAP材料进行再生。区别于传统再生技术中利用再生剂(或软沥青)来恢复老化沥青变形能力的思路,通过制备特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)改性沥青作为新添加沥青进行沥青混合料的再生。首先,根据TLA、硬质沥青和再生沥青胶结料傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)图和原子力显微镜(AFM)形貌图的变化,分析了TLA改性沥青的改性机理和微观结构及老化沥青的老化原理。其次,采用动态剪切流变(DSR)试验和弯曲梁蠕变劲度(BBR)试验对比研究了再生沥青胶结料的流变性能。最后,按照法国规范NF P 98-140要求设计了50%RAP和100%RAP材料掺量的热再生沥青混合料,测定了其高温、低温及疲劳特性,并与AC-20混合料性能进行了对比。结果表明:TLA的加入改变了原沥青结合料组成成分的比例,但没有产生新的官能团;TLA改性的硬质沥青胶结料具有更好的抗车辙性,而其疲劳和抗裂性低于老化沥青和基质沥青;采用高模量设计思想,在50%和100%RAP材料掺量下,可同时兼顾再生沥青混合料的高温与低温特性,并且其低温性能和抗疲劳性能均优于采用新沥青的AC-20混合料,实现了大旧料掺量和高性能的统一。In order to improve the content of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) material in hot recycled asphalt mixture, the design concept of high modulus asphalt mixture is introduced to regenerate RAP material. Different from the idea of using regenerant(or soft asphalt) to restore the deformation capacity of aged asphalt in traditional recycling technology, the asphalt mixture is recycled through preparing TLA modified asphalt as newly added asphalt. First, according to the changes of Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectrometers and atomic force microscope(AFM) morphologies of TLA, hard asphalt and recycled asphalt binder, the modification mechanism and microstructure of TLA modified asphalt and the aging principle of aging asphalt are analyzed. Second, the rheological properties of recycled asphalt binder are studied by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test and bending beam rheometer(BBR) test. Finally, the hot recycled asphalt mixtures containing 50% RAP and 100% RAP are designed in accordance with the French norm NF P 98-140, and their high-temperature, low-temperature, and fatigue performance are tested and compared with the performance of AC-20 asphalt mixture. The result shows that(1) the addition of TLA changed the component proportion of original asphalt binder, but no new functional groups are produced;(2) the hard asphalt binder modified by TLA has better rutting resistance, while its fatigue resistance and cracking resistance are lower than those of aged asphalt and matrix asphalt;(3) adopting the design idea of high modulus, with the contents of 50% RAP and 100% RAP, the high temperature and low temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture can be considered at the same time, and its low temperature performance and fatigue resistance are better than those of AC-20 mixture which uses new asphalt material, which can realize the unification of large amount of RAP material and high performance.
