摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)是一种常见的消化系统疾病,在人群中发病率较高,被视为胃癌的癌前状态,因此及早治疗干预该疾病有重要意义。中医药相对于现代医学在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方面有明显优势。文章就慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机、辨证分型、中药治疗及针灸治疗方面做一综述,并指出目前研究中存在的一些不足,初步探讨解决问题的方向及方法。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common digestive system disease with higher morbidity in the population,which is regarded as precancerous state of gastric cancer.Therefore,early treatment and intervention of the disease is of great significance.Compared with modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.This paper reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,dialectical classification,TCM medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.At the same time,it points out the shortcomings of the current research,and preliminarily explores the direction and method of solving the problem.
