摘　　要：“阳化气,阴成形”是中医理论的基础,亦是一切生命活动的基础,阴阳平衡协调是治疗疾病的重要依据。寒热错杂、阴阳失调是溃疡性结肠炎的基本病机,阳化气不足,使温煦及运化功能失常,水液代谢失调,发为本病。笔者在文章中对古今医家以“阳化气,阴成形”理念指导疾病的经验进行了概括总结,并重点归纳“阳化气,阴成形”理论指导下的“通阳化气、温阳补气、调整阴阳法”治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗方法。"Yang(阳)transforms Qi(气),and Yin(阴)produces the shape"is the basis of TCM theory and all life activities.The balance and coordination of Yin and Yang is an important basis for the treatment of diseases.The basic pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is mixed cold and heat,imbalance of Yin and Yang.In this paper,the author summarized the experience of ancient and modern doctors in treating the disease under the guidance of the concept of"Yang transforming Qi,and Yin produces the shape",and mainly summarized the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis under the guidance of the theory of"Yang transforms Qi,and Yin produces the shape"by the method of"activating Yang to transform Qi,warming Yang and tonifying Qi,and balance of Yin and Yang method".
