参芪扶正注射液对老年气虚患者行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的麻醉复苏效果评价

摘　　要：目的:研究参芪扶正注射液对行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的老年患者的麻醉复苏效果。方法:收集湖南中医药大学第一附属医院全身麻醉下行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的老年气虚证患者80例,随机分成参芪组及空白组,每组40例,参芪组患者在手术结束前30 min静脉滴注参芪扶正注射液250 mL,所有患者均常规行全身麻醉诱导和维持,记录和比较两组患者的收缩压、舒张压和心率、患者术毕唤醒恢复时间、术前气虚证型评分值和肛门排气时间,以及不良事件。结果:两组一般情况、麻醉时间、手术时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者生命体征的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术前证候评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与空白组比较,参芪组患者唤醒恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参芪扶正注射液可促进老年患者全麻行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的麻醉恢复,减少不良反应,促进患者胃肠道恢复,值得临床上推广应用。其作用机制比较复杂,仍需要更多更深入的研究。Objective:To evaluate the anesthetic resuscitation effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection(参芪扶正注射液)in senile patients with Qi(气)-deficiency undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,the Shenqi group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the Shenqi group were given 250 mL Shenqi Fuzheng injection 30 minutes before the end of operation.All patients were routinely induced and maintained under general anesthesia.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were recorded and compared,heart rate,wake-up recovery time,preoperative Qi deficiency syndrome score,anal exhaust time,and adverse events were also recorded and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in general condition,anesthesia time and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in vital signs between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative syndrome score(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery time of wake-up and postoperative anal exhaust time in the Shenqi group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection can promote the recovery of anesthesia in elderly patients with general anesthesia,reduce adverse reactions and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal tract,which is worthy of clinical application.The mechanism of action is complex,and more in-depth studies are needed to verify it.
